Entitled:
Tax Cut Fairness Act

Synopsis:

Increasing the amount that an individual may deduct for specified exemptions to determine Maryland taxable income, to $1,600 for tax year 1998, $2,200 for tax year 1999, and $3,400 for tax years after 1999; altering the calculation of the county income tax; and applying the Act to tax years after 1997.
