Pensions - Arbitration of Claims - Upgrades of Computer Systems

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to submit to arbitration any claims arising in connection with the implementation and operation of an upgrade to the State Retirement Agency's data processing or electronic data management system; and providing for the termination of the Act.
