Pensions - Expense Fund - Administrative and Operational Expenses

Synopsis:

Altering, for Fiscal Years 1998, 1999, and 2000, the amount that may be estimated and paid into the expense funds of the several systems for administrative and operational expenses from an additional 0.25% to an additional 0.30%; extending a termination date that relates to a limitation on the amount that may be paid into expense funds of the State retirement and pension systems for administrative and operational expenses to June 30, 2000; etc.
