Fishing - Croakers - Size and Creel Limits

Synopsis:

Reestablishing in statute size and creel limits on croakers; reducing the minimum size limit on the commercial catching of croakers from 10 to 9 inches; establishing a range of permissible numbers of croakers that may be caught or possessed from recreational fishing; and providing for the effective date of the Act.
