Property Tax Exemption - Continuing Care Facilities for the Aged

Synopsis:

Granting a specified tax exemption for specified continuing care facilities for the aged that receive initial certification on or after a specified date; providing for the applicability of the Act; and generally relating to a property tax exemption for property owned by continuing care facilities for the aged.
