Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System - Membership

Synopsis:

Authorizing Baltimore City Deputy Sheriffs to become members of the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; providing for exceptions; requiring individuals for whom membership in the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System is optional to apply for membership, by written application to the State Retirement Agency, on or before a specified date; and prohibiting membership to individuals who do not elect membership during the specified applicable period.
