Health Occupation Boards - Sexual Misconduct

Synopsis:

Requiring health occupation boards to adopt certain regulations regarding sexual misconduct; authorizing health occupation boards to take specified disciplinary action under specified circumstances; requiring health occupation boards to provide specified guidance to specified individuals; and requiring certain reporting by the health occupation boards and the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.
