Distribution of Lottery Proceeds - Horse Racing - Purses

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Lottery Agency to pay up to $15 million of lottery proceeds into the Special Fund administered by the State Racing Commission; requiring that the State Racing Commission use the money that is paid only to enhance purses offered at specified horse races; requiring that specified persons and organizations agree to a formula for allocating the money to individual races; and requiring that the formula contain a specified purse structure for harness racing and thoroughbred racing.
