Recreational Fishing Licenses - Exemptions for Senior Citizens

Synopsis:

Exempting senior citizens who are at least 65 years old from the requirement to obtain an angler's license, a trout stamp, and a Chesapeake Bay sport fishing license; and requiring the Department of Natural Resources to provide for the issuance of an exemption certificate to senior citizens.
