Baltimore County - State's Attorney - Salary and Appointment of Deputy and Assistant State's Attorneys

Synopsis:

Repealing the maximum salary limit on the salaries of the deputy and assistant State's Attorneys in Baltimore County; requiring the State's Attorney of Baltimore County to set the salaries of the deputy and assistant State's Attorneys; repealing the number and full-time status designations of the assistant State's Attorneys; and authorizing the State's Attorney to appoint assistant State's Attorneys as authorized by the County Executive of Baltimore County.
