Historic St. Mary's City Commission Act

Synopsis:

Making the Historic St. Mary's City Commission an independent unit in the Office of the Governor; specifying that education is the primary goal of the Commission; providing for the funding of the Commission; providing for joint activities with St. Mary's College; authorizing the Commission to borrow money and issue bonds under specified circumstances; prohibiting the Commission from issuing specified tax-exempt bonds; limiting the aggregate principal balance of the bonds that the Commission may have outstanding at any time; etc.
