Maryland Secondhand Precious Metal Object Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act - Amendments

Synopsis:

Establishing procedures for storing or holding precious metal objects at a location other than a business address; requiring that access to those locations be granted to specified law enforcement units and agents; requiring the submission of specified records, containing specified information, to local law enforcement units; preventing a license from being issued to a person acting on behalf of a suspended licensee; setting holding and other time periods; requiring the Secretary to distribute and provide specified lists to dealers; etc.
