Synopsis:

Providing an exception to lobbyist gift disclosure requirements for gifts to immediate family members of a regulated lobbyist if the gifts are purely personal and private in nature and are not related to the lobbyist's lobbying activities, and are paid for from the lobbyist's personal funds and are not attributable to any other entity or entities.
