Tidal Fish License - Seniors - Exemption from Waiting List

Synopsis:

Exempting persons at least 65 years old and having held a tidal fish license for the previous 5 years from the waiting list for obtaining a tidal fish license for specific fishing activities; permitting the Department of Natural Resources to authorize persons qualifying for this exemption to engage in specific fishing activities on receipt of an application and payment of specific fees; prohibiting persons receiving a license under this exemption from transferring the license; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
