Vehicle Laws - Driving While License Suspended, Revoked, or Canceled - Revocation of Registration

Synopsis:

Authorizing a police officer to issue a notice of suspension of registration of a vehicle driven by an individual whose license was suspended, revoked, or canceled; requiring that the notice contain specified information; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to provide the vehicle owner with information about the suspension of registration, and to revoke it under specified circumstances; authorizing the vehicle owner to request a hearing; establishing the issues that may be raised at a hearing; etc.
