Motor Vehicle Administration - Records - Probation Before Judgment

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to keep convenient records or make suitable notations showing probation before judgment dispositions of violations involving: (1) driving with a canceled, suspended, refused, or revoked driver's license or privilege to drive; (2) leaving the scene of an accident; (3) failing to provide certain information and aid at the scene of an accident; and (4) fleeing or eluding police.
