Landlord and Tenant - Eviction - Protection and Removal of Chattel

Synopsis:

Requiring a landlord, after the landlord has obtained a warrant to repossess the property of the landlord, to provide notice to a tenant of the date on which the landlord intends to remove the tenant's chattel from the property; providing a 5-day time waiting period allowing the tenant to remove the tenant's chattel from the property before the landlord is allowed to put the tenant's chattel out on the street; requiring a landlord to secure the tenant's chattel during the waiting period; etc.
