Motor Vehicles - Drivers' Licenses - Graduated Licensing Program

Synopsis:

Repealing certain provisions relating to learner's instructional permits and driver's licenses; establishing a graduated licensing program for persons who are under a certain age, including new rules governing eligibility for a learner's instructional permit, intermediate driver's permit, and a driver's license; and establishing certain restrictions for a learner's instructional permit and an intermediate driver's permit.
