Synopsis:

Authorizing a court as a condition of probation for specified offenses relating to the use of a motor vehicle to order the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend or revoke a person's driver's license or privilege to drive; and requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend or revoke a person's driver's license or privilege to drive in accordance with a court order.
