Juvenile Law - Informal Adjustment Process - Intake Conferences - Mandatory Attendance

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that an intake officer proposing an informal adjustment under the juvenile process inform the victim, the child, and the child's parent or guardian of the fact that the informal adjustment is not obligatory; and requiring that a child who is the subject of an informal adjustment under the juvenile cause process and the child's parent or guardian appear at an intake conference if the intake officer decides to hold a conference.
