Vehicle Laws - Registration Plates and Parking Permits for Disabled Individuals - Increased Penalties for Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Misuse

Synopsis:

Increasing the criminal penalties for the violation of prohibitions against fraud, misrepresentation, and misuse in an application for or use of special registration plates, parking permits, and temporary parking permits for individuals with disabilities to a fine of not more than $500, imprisonment for not more than 2 months, or both.
