Vehicle Laws - Falsified Documents - Foreign Jurisdictions

Synopsis:

Broadening the application of provisions prohibiting the falsification of certain official documents, including drivers' licenses and identification cards, issued by the Motor Vehicle Administration to include any official document issued by the agency that is the counterpart to the Administration in another jurisdiction; and broadening the application of provisions prohibiting the use or possession of specified canceled, revoked, suspended, or fraudulently altered drivers' licenses.
