Enhanced Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program - Moratorium Extension

Synopsis:

Extending through May 31, 1998 the period during which the Motor Vehicle Administration and the Secretary of the Environment are prohibited from requiring a dynamometer test and other specified test procedures under the State's emissions contol program; and altering the periods during which specified limitations on fees for tests and inspections under the emissions control program apply.
