Motor Vehicles - Negligence - Penalties

Synopsis:

Making it a misdemeanor to cause the death of another person by the negligent operation of a motor vehicle; and imposing a penalty of a fine of up to $1,000 and a term of imprisonment of up to 6 months or both.
