Synopsis:

Requiring the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals to establish a Family Division in specified circuit courts; repealing provisions of law relating to allowing the establishment of a Family Division and the continuance of domestic relations masters; requiring either the transfer of judges from a circuit's general trial division to a Family Division or the creation of judgeships by judicial certification for a Family Division; and generally providing for the operation, funding, and establishment of a Family Division in specified circuit courts.
