Creation of a State Debt - Frederick County Family YMCA

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $300,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Frederick County Family YMCA for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of an addition to the current facility in Frederick County, to be used as a youth center and a child care center; and prohibiting the use of the grant or any of the matching funds for sectarian religious purposes.
