Synopsis:

Defining "adult entertainment" for the holders of alcoholic beverages licenses in Baltimore County; prohibiting a holder of any class of alcoholic beverages license in the County from permitting adult entertainment on licensed premises or on specified property adjacent to licensed premises; providing for exceptions; providing for specified sanctions for violations of the Act; providing for the applicability and construction of the Act; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Baltimore County.
