Multichannel Video Programming Subscribers - Continued Access to Services

Synopsis:

Authorizing subscribers or tenants to continue to request and receive multichannel video programming services notwithstanding any agreements to the contrary between specified persons and different multichannel video programming distributors; providing that specified persons may not interfere with the continued provision of multichannel video programming services; and providing for compensation for physical damages.
