Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $300,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Howard County General Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the existing hospital, to create a chest pain evaluation/23 hour short stay unit directly adjacent to the emergency department, to be located at 5755 Cedar Lane in Columbia.
