pharmacies, and the regulation of drugs and devices; specifying the

pharmacy; specifying the qualifications and application procedure for
obtaining a certain license and the scope of the license; specifying
the standards applicable to a pharmacy to which a permit has been
issued, including a nonresident pharmacy; etc.
