Water Resources - Projects and Activities - Notification and Review

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of the Environment from authorizing the conduct of a project or activity on a nontidal wetland or of a project or activity which changes the course of a stream or nontidal water of the State without notification or review by the Department; and establishing additional exemptions from the requirement to obtain a specified permit before conducting specified activities.
