Lead Poisoning Prevention Program - Alteration of Deadlines and Other Dates

Synopsis:

Altering the dates by which rental dwelling units must be registered under the Lead Poisoning Prevention Program and by which annual fees must be paid; altering deadlines for meeting full and modified risk reduction standards; altering dates by which notice of tenants' rights and a lead poisoning information packet must be distributed; altering dates for lowering elevated blood lead levels for specified purposes; altering the date on or after which specified exclusions in specified insurance policies are to be waived; etc.
