Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - New Song Urban Ministries - Fulton Avenue Center

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to New Song Urban Ministries for the acquisition, planning, design, renovation, repair, reconstruction, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the Fulton Avenue Center; providing for disbursement of loan proceeds, subject to specified matching fund requirements; and prohibiting the use of the proceeds of the bonds or the matching funds for sectarian religious purposes.
