Altering the qualifications for specified employees of the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City; placing the appointment and removal of Liquor Board Inspectors in Baltimore City under the classified civil service in the City; providing for the appointment and removal of the Inspectors; providing for the salaries of specified inspectors; altering the title of a specified inspector position; defining a specified term; making a technical change; prohibiting specified actions; etc.
