Campaign Finance Reform Act

Synopsis:

Altering the limits on contributions and transfers that may be made by specified persons to specified candidates and committees; prohibiting specified candidates or committees from receiving more than a specified percentage of aggregate transfers from political action committees; establishing specified civil penalties of specified amounts for specified violations under specified circumstances; authorizing the State Administrative Board of Election Laws to institute a civil action for specified violations; etc.
