Creating a State Debt not to exceed $160,995, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County for the repair, renovation and expansion of the woodworking shop in Wheaton, construction of a new storage structure for power equipment, tools, and materials, and offices, all to be used by staff and volunteers of the Montgomery County Conservation Corps.
