Motor Vehicles - Driving While Under the Influence of an Inhalant

Synopsis:

Making it a misdemeanor for a person to drive or attempt to drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of an inhalant; and expanding a prohibition against driving while intoxicated to make it applicable to driving while intoxicated by any substance or combination of substances.
