Requiring specified medical files on applicants compiled by health and
life insurers to be made available for inspection to a physician of
the applicant's choice under specified circumstances; authorizing
insurers to disclose specified medical information to a physician of
an insured's choice under specified circumstances; and requiring a
life insurer that denies a policy to an applicant to disclose to a
specified physician the results of a specified medical examination on
request of the applicant.
