Natural Resources - Crabbing

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of Natural Resources from adopting rules and regulations that restrict the number of crab pots a person may set for catching crabs or that restrict the crab season after the season has begun under specified circumstances; and providing for the effective date of the Act.
