Scrap Tire Disposal - Use of Fund - Fee Termination

Synopsis:

Altering the permissible use of the State Used Tire Cleanup and Recycling Fund to include specified emergency operations; eliminating the tire recycling fee starting July 1, 2000; and increasing the maximum amount of moneys allowed in the Fund.
