Implementing recommendations of the Task Force on Maryland's Dairy
Industry; establishing an Advisory Committee on Milk Pricing;
authorizing the Secretary to establish fluid milk marketing areas,
presumed costs to distributors and retail sellers, and producer prices
for milk; requiring distributors of fluid milk to be licensed by the
Secretary; requiring the Secretary to audit certain records of milk
distributors; prohibiting persons from buying or selling milk below
presumed costs except under certain circumstances; etc.
