Synopsis:

Providing an exemption under the vessel excise tax for possession within the State of specified vessels owned by specified nonprofit marine spill response organizations; providing an exemption under the sales and use tax for a sale to a specified tax exempt nonprofit marine spill response organization made to carry on its work; providing an exemption from property tax for personal property owned by a specified tax exempt nonprofit marine spill response organization if the property is used for the purposes of the organization; etc.
