Tobacco Products - Sale by Vending Machines

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the sale of tobacco products by vending machines or other mechanical devices; establishing a penalty for violation of the Act; repealing provisions of law that provide an exception to a penalty for a sale of a tobacco product by the owner of a tobacco product vending machine; and repealing provisions of law relating to acting as a vending machine operator.
