Synopsis:

Repealing taxes on specified amounts bet on specified thoroughbred and harness races; requiring race track licensees to increase the percentage of money allocated to purses from specified amounts from betting pools; providing for a specified termination date for part of the Act; altering the distribution of proceeds from the State Lottery Fund for a specified year; requiring that specified revenue otherwise paid to the General Fund be paid to a fund used to increased purses at specified racing tracks; etc.
