Altering the information that tip jar and punchboard operators in Frederick County must report to include the amount received by the operator but not include expenses of the operator; repealing a time limit on Sundays of 1:00 p.m. after which gaming events are authorized; clarifying that the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County may charge an issuance fee per bag or punchboard; etc.
