Health - Consent Required for Blood Donations by Minors

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from taking a donation of blood from a minor before the person receives the written consent of a parent or legal guardian of the minor; providing a civil fine not to exceed $500 for each violation of the Act; and repealing existing provisions related to the consent required for blood donations by minors.
