Alcoholic Beverages - Retail Stores (Size Limitation)

Synopsis:

Imposing a statewide limitation on the amount of floor space that a retail alcoholic beverages licensee may devote to the sale of alcoholic beverages; providing restrictions and exceptions; exempting a specified county from the Act; requiring a board of license commissioners to hold a hearing, make specified determinations, and obtain approval from the State Comptroller before issuing a specified license under the Act; and requiring the Comptroller to make specified determinations and findings; etc.
