Baltimore City - Property Owners - Waiver of Rights

Synopsis:

Authorizing the applicable enforcement agency in Baltimore City to enter onto property which is abandoned, boarded up, or if a housing code violation exists on the property to either correct the housing code violation or demolish the property without issuing prior notice or obtaining a warrant if the property owner does not comply with a citation order to correct the violation within 30 days; and providing that the property owner is liable for the cost of correcting the housing code violation or the cost of demolishing the property.
