Labor and Employment - Employment of Illegal Aliens - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting persons from knowingly employing or entering into any work contracts with illegal aliens; providing that a violation is a misdemeanor subject to a $500 fine for each violation each day; and defining the term "illegal alien".
