Vehicle Laws - Special Organizational Registration Plates

Synopsis:

Increasing from 25 to 250 the minimum number of vehicle owners belonging to a nonprofit organization that must apply to the Motor Vehicle Administration for special organizational registration plates before the members of the organization are eligible for the special plates; requiring an applicant for special organizational registration plates, in addition to the registration fee, to pay a $25 fee or, in specified circumstances, a $50 fee; providing for the distribution of fees collected under the Act; etc.
